A beautiful light and flowing piece which can be worn on its own, or as an overlay for a chiffon skirt. White organza with a glittery star pattern. Waistband is a satin foldover elastic with a hook and eye fastening. The opening can be styled as you wish: front, side or even back.
 
There are four variations: full length or knee length, with or without ruffle.
