The FredaBela Breeze is a pull up pleated skirt: short, stylish, swishy.
 
The black fabric is a pleated plissé chiffon. The waistband is 38mm wide high quality elastic. Finished with a delicate narrow overlocked baby hem.
 
A straight cut, approx 14" length including waistband. 
Being handmade to order, you can request length adjustment (which may be subject to additional cost if it's much longer).
